Shipping across Egypt
All orders are delivered within Egypt using reliable courier partners. Each order is carefully packed to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery details:
• Delivery fees depend on your area / governorate
• Estimated delivery time:
• Cairo: 1–3 working days
• Other cities: 3–5 working days
• Order confirmation is done by phone within 24 hours
• Shipping starts within 24 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays)
• If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, the order will be returned and extra delivery costs will apply

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
The only exception is if:
• the item arrives damaged, or
• the item received is different from what was ordered
In this case:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded
Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations & Refused Orders
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment with no issue
• If the order has already been shipped, the delivery fee applies
